Why FAOS Pivoted to Workshop-Driven Services

Today, I'm excited to share a strategic pivot at FAOSX that fundamentally changes how we bring agentic enterprise capabilities to market.
The Insight​
After working closely with our pilot customers, we discovered something critical: The agentic enterprise concept is a new operating system and operation process. We can't just sell software—we need to spend time workshopping with customers to make them successful with FAOS.
This isn't about a product gap. It's about recognizing that organizational transformation requires more than self-serve software access.
