Goodbye 2025, Hello 10x Future: FAOSX Year in Review & Vision 2026
This post carries claims that were not accurate and are no longer used:
- Team size. FAOSX is one founder plus an agent fleet. There is no multi-person human team; phrasing here that implies one is withdrawn.
- SOC 2. No certification is held.
Addendum — 2026-09-15. The August correction above named a readiness phrasing as approved. That phrasing has since been withdrawn too: strategy v19 §5 E2 (ratified 2026-09-05) prohibits certification claims on public surfaces, and a readiness claim is still a claim about an audit outcome we have not had. We describe the controls instead, and say plainly that nothing is held.
The correction is recorded against the public-claims register
(docs/operations/internal-ops/public-claims-policy.md). The post is left otherwise
as published rather than edited after the fact.
As the clock strikes midnight on December 31st, 2025, we close a chapter that will be remembered as the year FAOSX went from vision to reality. Today, on our last working day of the year, I want to reflect on how far we've come—and share the bold vision that will define 2026.
